EU: GVP Annex I – Risk minimisation measure; synonym: Risk minimisation activity = Interventions intended to prevent or reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions associated with the exposure to a medicine, or to reduce their severity or impact on the patient should adverse reactions occur.
