UK: MHRA ‘GXP’ Data Integrity Guidance and Definitions – A process whereby documents / items are scanned as a process with added controls such as location identifiers and OCR so that each page duplicated does not have to be further checked by a human (as per MHRA ‘GXP’ Data Integrity Guidance and Definitions – March 2018)
